  BEWARE.......Smiley @A -1 Plumbing, Heating and AC is a deadbeat who doesn't pay his suppliers. He owes our company $3,855.11 from 2013 for product delivered and invoiced for the Sunset Harbor Condominium job in Ocean City . He cried the blues about being broke as he drove away in a $60,000 suv. We have the signed delivery slips, quotes and invoices to prove it. There are many trustworthy HVAC pros in the area. Choose wisely.
